01
General Information

EDUCATION AND COACHING.

Information provided by Wolverine Health Club (“Wolverine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through wolverinehealth.club, program materials, communications, fitness plans, meal-planning guidance, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) is intended for general educational, informational, and coaching purposes.

This information is not a substitute for advice, examination, diagnosis, treatment, or supervision from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. You should not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information obtained through Wolverine.

02
Not Medical Advice

NO DOCTOR–PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.

WOLVERINE IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.

Our Services do not constitute medical advice, medical nutrition therapy, physical therapy, psychological treatment, diagnosis, prescription, rehabilitation, or emergency care.

Submitting an application, receiving a quote, communicating with Wolverine, purchasing a program, or following program materials does not create a physician–patient, dietitian–patient, therapist–patient, or other licensed healthcare relationship.

Disclosure of an injury, allergy, medical condition, symptom, medication, pregnancy, or other health circumstance does not mean Wolverine has medically evaluated, approved, or accepted responsibility for that circumstance.

03
Professional Clearance

CONSULT THE RIGHT PROFESSIONAL.

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning or materially changing an exercise, diet, supplement, weight-management, or wellness program—especially if you:

  • Have a current or previous injury, illness, disease, disability, or chronic condition;
  • Experience chest pain, fainting, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or unexplained symptoms;
  • Are pregnant, postpartum, nursing, or attempting to become pregnant;
  • Take prescription or over-the-counter medication that may affect exercise or nutrition;
  • Have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating;
  • Have severe food allergies, metabolic conditions, or medically required dietary restrictions;
  • Have been advised to limit exercise, lose or gain weight, or follow a therapeutic diet; or
  • Are uncertain whether participation is appropriate for you.

Wolverine may request professional clearance or decline, modify, or pause general coaching when reasonably appropriate for safety. Such a request does not transfer medical responsibility to Wolverine.

04
Exercise Risks

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HAS INHERENT RISK.

Exercise can involve foreseeable and unforeseeable risks, including muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, equipment accidents, cardiovascular events, aggravation of existing conditions, serious injury, disability, or death. No training environment is risk-free.

You voluntarily choose whether to participate and remain responsible for:

  • Using safe technique and an appropriate level of effort;
  • Inspecting equipment and maintaining a safe environment;
  • Following manufacturer and facility rules;
  • Using a spotter or qualified in-person supervision when appropriate;
  • Stopping when pain, dizziness, weakness, or concerning symptoms occur; and
  • Seeking medical care when circumstances require it.

A written plan cannot observe your technique, surroundings, symptoms, or moment-to-moment condition. Never perform an activity you believe is unsafe.

05
Nutrition Guidance

GENERAL MEAL PLANNING—NOT MEDICAL NUTRITION THERAPY.

Wolverine may provide general information about calories, macronutrients, portions, meal structure, food choices, substitutions, hydration, and habits. This guidance is educational and intended to support general fitness or lifestyle goals.

It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or manage diabetes, kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, eating disorders, food allergies, pregnancy-related needs, or any other medical condition. Individuals requiring therapeutic diets or clinical nutrition intervention should work with an appropriately licensed or credentialed professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether a food, ingredient, portion, eating schedule, or nutrition strategy is appropriate for you.

06
Allergies & Food Safety

VERIFY BEFORE YOU CONSUME.

You are responsible for checking ingredient labels, recipes, preparation methods, cross-contamination risks, restaurant information, expiration dates, storage, cooking temperatures, and food safety. Product formulations and restaurant ingredients can change without notice.

Do not consume any food or product containing—or reasonably suspected of containing—an allergen or ingredient you must avoid. Wolverine cannot guarantee that suggested foods, substitutions, packaged products, restaurants, kitchens, or preparation environments are free from allergens or cross-contact.

SEVERE ALLERGIES REQUIRE PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT.

If you have a serious allergy or experience signs of an allergic reaction, follow your emergency plan and seek immediate medical help.

07
Individual Responsibility

YOU CONTROL YOUR PARTICIPATION.

Personalization is based on the information you provide. You are responsible for supplying accurate, complete, and updated information about your goals, experience, equipment, schedule, allergies, injuries, limitations, and other relevant circumstances.

You remain solely responsible for your voluntary decisions and conduct, including whether to perform an exercise, consume a food, use equipment, continue a session, seek in-person supervision, or obtain professional medical advice.

If your condition, symptoms, medication, pregnancy status, injury, dietary requirements, or circumstances change, stop relying on outdated guidance and seek appropriate review.

08
No Guaranteed Results

EFFORT AND OUTCOMES VARY.

Wolverine does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, strength, body composition, appearance, performance, health improvement, adherence, or completion within a particular timeframe.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including starting point, effort, consistency, technique, adherence, recovery, sleep, stress, health, medication, genetics, environment, schedule, and individual response. Even when two people follow similar programs, their outcomes may differ substantially.

Testimonials & Examples

INDIVIDUAL STORIES ARE NOT PROMISES.

Testimonials, reviews, photographs, case examples, and statements about past experiences reflect individual circumstances. They are not guarantees, representations, or predictions of what you will achieve.

Any typical or illustrative result should be understood in the context of the person’s own starting point, effort, time, adherence, and circumstances. Your experience may be different.

10

INFORMATION CHANGES.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but fitness, nutrition, technology, products, and professional guidance evolve. Website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or generalizations that do not fit your circumstances.

We may revise content or program materials without notice. You should verify important information with an appropriately qualified professional and use the most recent materials delivered for your program.

Emergencies

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR EMERGENCY HELP.

IF YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY:

Stop activity and call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not wait for an email, text, form response, or coaching reply.

Wolverine’s website, application, email, and coaching communications are not monitored as emergency channels.

13
Limitation

USE INFORMATION WITH APPROPRIATE JUDGMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume responsibility for decisions and voluntary activities undertaken based on general information or coaching guidance. Wolverine is not responsible for harm caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide, failure to obtain appropriate professional clearance, unsafe technique, equipment failure, facility conditions, undisclosed allergies, third-party products, or use of materials outside their intended scope.
