QUESTIONS.
ANSWERED.
Everything you need to understand our personalized fitness coaching, meal plans, Complete Program, quote process, and what happens after you apply.
PERSONALIZED MEANS
BUILT AROUND YOU.
Wolverine does not sell generic downloadable plans. We learn about your goals, experience, schedule, available equipment, food preferences, limitations, and desired level of support before recommending a program and preparing your quote.
GETTING
STARTED.
What to expect before choosing a program.
How do I get started with Wolverine Health Club?+
Complete our program application on the Contact page. Tell us about your goals, experience, schedule, equipment, nutrition preferences, and desired support. Our team will review your information and contact you with a personalized recommendation and quote.
Start Application ↗Do I need to know which program I want before applying?+
No. You can select “I need help choosing” on the application. We will review your situation and explain whether the Fitness Plan, Diet Plan, or Complete Program is the strongest fit.
Why don’t you display fixed prices?+
Every program is personalized. The quote depends on the type of plan, complexity of your needs, and level of ongoing coaching or adjustments required. This prevents you from paying for support you do not need—or receiving a plan too limited for your goal.
How quickly will someone contact me after I apply?+
Applications are reviewed individually. Our team will contact you as soon as the review is complete using the email, phone, or text preference selected in your application.
Can beginners apply?+
Absolutely. You do not need prior training or nutrition experience. A personalized program can be especially valuable for beginners because it replaces guesswork with a clear and realistic starting point.
THE
PROGRAMS.
Understanding what each personalized option includes.
What is the difference between the three programs?+
The Fitness Plan focuses on personalized training. The Diet Plan focuses on practical meal planning and nutrition structure. The Complete Program combines both into one coordinated strategy so training and nutrition support the same goal.
Who should choose the Complete Program?+
The Complete Program is best for someone who needs direction in both training and nutrition, wants the strongest level of coordination, or is pursuing a significant transformation that requires both systems to work together.
Explore Complete Program ↗Can I begin with one plan and add the other later?+
Yes. You may start with Fitness or Diet and expand later. However, if both areas currently lack structure, beginning with the Complete Program may create clearer direction from day one.
Are the programs prewritten templates?+
No. Your plan is built using the information in your application, including your goal, experience, equipment, availability, preferences, limitations, and support needs.
Can couples or family members use the same plan?+
Each person should be assessed individually because goals, energy needs, abilities, limitations, and schedules differ. Mention the second participant in your application and we can discuss the appropriate structure.
FITNESS
COACHING.
How your personalized training plan works.
Do I need access to a gym?+
No. Your plan can be designed for a commercial gym, home gym, dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight training, or another available setup. Clearly list your equipment in the application.
How many days per week will I need to train?+
Your weekly structure is based on the number of days you can realistically sustain. More days are not automatically better. Consistency, recovery, experience, and schedule all influence the right frequency.
Can the plan work around injuries or limitations?+
We can consider disclosed limitations when structuring general fitness guidance. However, injuries and medical conditions should be evaluated and cleared by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning exercise.
Is the Fitness Plan only for weight loss?+
No. Plans may be structured around fat loss, muscle development, strength, conditioning, improved consistency, general fitness, or a combination of appropriate goals.
Will my workouts become harder over time?+
A good program uses progression. Depending on the plan, progression may involve repetitions, resistance, exercise difficulty, volume, technique, conditioning, or improved execution—not simply making every workout exhausting.
What if my schedule or equipment changes?+
Tell us as soon as possible. If your selected level of support includes adjustments, the plan can be reviewed and modified around the new circumstances.
MEAL
PLANNING.
Practical nutrition built around real life.
Is the Diet Plan an extreme or restrictive diet?+
No. The goal is to create a realistic structure you can follow consistently. Recommendations consider your goal, preferences, schedule, cooking availability, eating habits, and foods you want to include or avoid.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary preferences?+
You can disclose allergies, intolerances, and preferences in the application. Serious allergies or medically necessary diets should also be managed with a qualified medical professional or registered dietitian.
Do I have to eat the same meals every day?+
Not necessarily. Depending on your plan, you may receive meal structure, food options, substitutions, and targets that allow flexibility while keeping your overall nutrition aligned with your goal.
Will I receive calorie and macro targets?+
When appropriate for your plan, nutrition guidance may include personalized calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat targets along with meal structure and practical food options.
Can the plan work if I eat at restaurants or travel?+
Yes. Tell us how often you travel or eat out. A useful plan should include practical decision-making strategies for the situations that are genuinely part of your life.
Is this medical nutrition therapy?+
No. Wolverine Health Club provides general meal-planning and nutrition guidance for educational and coaching purposes. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe diets for medical conditions.
QUOTES &
SUPPORT.
Pricing, communication, adjustments, and expectations.
What determines my personalized quote?+
Your quote is based on the program selected, the complexity of your goals and circumstances, and the level of support requested—such as a standalone personalized plan, periodic adjustments, or higher-accountability coaching.
Am I obligated to purchase after receiving a quote?+
No. We review your application, recommend a structure, and explain the quote. You can decide whether the proposed program is right for you.
How will Wolverine contact me?+
We use the preferred contact method selected in your application. Make sure your email address and phone number are accurate and check your spam folder for replies.
Does every plan include ongoing adjustments?+
Not automatically. The level and frequency of adjustments depend on the support structure included in your personalized quote. This will be explained before you decide.
Are results guaranteed?+
No responsible coaching service can guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary based on consistency, effort, adherence, starting point, recovery, health factors, and many other individual circumstances.
How can I ask a question not listed here?+
